The Gwangju Park clan (廣州 朴氏) takes Gwangju, Gyeonggi, as its seat. Wikipedia names Park Myeong-hun (朴明勳) as founder, a Jeonseo (典書) in Goryeo; the post became Panseo in Joseon, raising the rank from senior third to senior second, according to the article. The same article says the seat split directly from the Miryang Park. It is a different seat from the Gwangju (光州) of South Jeolla, so take care not to confuse them.
Wikipedia gives 2,219 for 1985. No recent census figure was found in public sources.
Namuwiki's Park-surname article adds that the Doosan Group founder's line is "more precisely Gwangju Park". By contrast, Namuwiki's article on founder Park Seung-jik lists his seat as the Panseo-gong branch of the Miryang Park (Chungheon-gong, Panseo-gong, Buma-gong lineage) and says he was born in Dolma-myeon, Gwangju-bu, Gyeonggi (now Imae-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam). So the claim that the Doosan family is Gwangju Park is unconfirmed, and the Miryang Park Panseo-gong description is currently the more specific one. The fact that he was born in Gwangju, Gyeonggi may be behind the confusion, but that is only a guess.
Apart from founder Park Myeong-hun, no individuals, branches, home regions, clan association or generation names could be verified in public sources, so no branch or person cards are given.
The Gwangju Park is described as a seat split from the Miryang Park (line of Prince Milseong Park Eon-chim). The eight-princes account is a tradition in Park genealogies not accepted by every seat. The Wikipedia entry is a very short stub, so verify with a genealogy.
