Chunghyo-gong-pa, Daeon-gong-pa, Chilseong-gong-pa, Sayun-gong-pa, Buwongun-pa, Janggun-gong-pa
The Chunghyo-gong branch descends from Yun Hwan (尹桓) of the 18th generation, who was enfeoffed in late Goryeo as Prince Chirwon. Having no son, he is said to have adopted Cheon-hyo, second son of his younger brother Prince Chilseong.
In the grandsons' generation it divided into the Pangyeolsa-gong (Yun Jo-saeng), Saengwon-gong (Yun Sin-saeng) and Nangjang-gong (Yun Gwang-u) lines. Its descendants settled in places such as Gongju, Cheongyang and Buyeo in South Chungcheong and Geoje in South Gyeongsang, and together with the Daeon-gong branch it is regarded as the most numerous Chirwon Yun branch.
The Daeon-gong branch descends from Yun Ja of the 18th generation. His descendants divide mainly into the Yangseongdang-gong line of Yun Ji (pen name Yangseongdang), a scholar of the Hall of Worthies, and the Sunsu-gong line of Yun Sa (pen name Sunsu).
The Yangseongdang-gong line lives mainly around Haman, Masan, Changwon and Uiryeong, while the Sunsu-gong line is spread across many areas including Dangjin, Jincheon, Chungju, Geoje and Paju.
The Chilseong-gong branch descends from Yun Jang of the 18th generation, who is said to have been enfeoffed as Prince Chilseong. In the genealogy it is written as the Chilseong-gun branch.
It has relatively few descendants, who are reported to live mainly in Seoul.
The Sayun-gong branch descends from Yun Hwa of the 18th generation, who served as jwasayun; the genealogy also records it as the Sayun-gong branch.
Its members are reported to form a small clan village in Buan, North Jeolla.
The Buwongun branch descends from Yun Gong of the 18th generation; clan materials record that he too was enfeoffed as Prince Chilseong.
Its members form a clan village in Boseong, South Jeolla, with descendants also living around Goheung and Suncheon.
The Janggun-gong branch descends from Yun Gye-yu of the 17th generation, who held the rank of general (daejanggun).
It has relatively few descendants, who are reported to form a small clan village in Boeun, North Chungcheong.
