Late Goryeo official who placed first in the Yuan civil examination; Prince Chuksan (Chuksan buwongun)
| Era | 고려 말~조선 초 |
| Clan | 용궁 전씨 |
Jeon Won-bal (全元發), son of Jeon Jin, is said to have gone to Yuan China in late Goryeo (one source says under King Gongmin) and placed first in the civil examination. One clan source adds that he served as Minister of Military Affairs and academician of the Jiphyeonjeon. After returning he is said to have been enfeoffed as Prince Chuksan (竺山府院君) under King Taejo of Joseon, though one site writes "Ipsan buwongun." Chuksan was also an old name of Yonggung.
Neither the Yuan first-place record nor the date of the enfeoffment could be confirmed from sources outside genealogies, so treat it as clan tradition.

Not confirmed.
He is introduced as the most renowned figure of the Yonggung Jeon clan. The Injo-era scholar Jeon O-ik and the Seonjo-era Jeon Sam-seong belong to the same clan.
