Jeon Bang-suk (全邦淑) is the founder of the Yonggung Jeon clan. Under King Chungnyeol of Goryeo he served as a Hallim scholar and rose to Munha Sijung Pyeongjangsa, and is said to have been enfeoffed as Prince Yongseong (龍城府院君); Yongseong is an old name of Yonggung. His dates could not be confirmed.
Sources differ on his lineage: the Segye Ilbo calls him a 13th-generation descendant of Jeon I-gap, while a clan source gives 14th generation (28th from the primal ancestor Jeon Seop). His descendants are said to have branched off from the Jeongseon Jeon clan and taken Yonggung as their seat.
