Jo Hun-hyeon (曺薰鉉, 1953– ) is a South Korean professional Go player known as the "Guksu" (National Hand / national master). He went to Japan at a young age to train, and after returning home he swept the domestic Go titles.
In 1989 he won the 1st Ing Cup World Go Championship, becoming the first Korean Go player to reach the summit of a world championship. He set the record for the most career titles and raised Yi Chang-ho as his disciple. He later also served as a member of the National Assembly.
