Merit subject who suppressed Yi Si-ae's rebellion; Lord of Naseong
| Life | 1426? ~ 1476 이후? |
| Era | 조선 전기 |
| Clan | 나주 오씨 |
O Ja-chi was an early Joseon military official of the Naju O clan. His dates are only estimated, c. 1426 to after 1476, and records of his early and late life are scarce. For suppressing Yi Si-ae's rebellion in 1467 he was enrolled as a Jeokgae merit subject and enfeoffed as Lord of Naseong, and he is said to have served as vice minister of war.
He descends from the clan's ancestor O Eon, though sources describe him variously as a fifth-generation or great-great-grandson. His merit-subject portrait, produced in 1476, survives and is Treasure No. 1190. His grandson O Gyeom became Lord of Geumyang and Left Assistant Councillor.
