Second consort of Goryeo's founder Wang Geon and mother of King Hyejong
| Era | 고려 |
| Clan | 나주 오씨 |
Queen Janghwa of the O clan was a daughter of the Naju magnate O Da-ryeon and the second consort of Goryeo's founder Wang Geon, bearing the second king, Hyejong. The Naju O genealogy gives her dates as 894-934, but the Goryeosa does not record her birth, and she is taken to have lived at least until Hyejong was named crown prince in 922.
A well-known tale says she handed Wang Geon water with a willow leaf floating in it at Wansacheon in Naju; it is legendary in character and is sometimes read as politically motivated, so its historicity is doubtful. Her tomb is unknown, and historians have discussed the fact that she was not granted a queen-mother title or a posthumous name with the character 'sin' (神).
