Bak Jung-yang (朴重陽) was a figure of the Korean Empire and Japanese colonial period.
Pro-Japanese activities He served as head of the Daegu Self-Restraint Corps (大邱自制團), a member of the Japanese House of Peers, and vice-president of the Central Council, taking the lead in suppressing the righteous armies and promoting conscription. For such acts he was listed as a pro-Japanese collaborator by the government (Presidential Committee for the Inspection of Collaborations for Japanese Imperialism) or in the Dictionary of Pro-Japanese Collaborators (published by the Institute for Research in Collaborationist Activities).
