Life & career

In the Russian Maritime Province he was active in the Korean Enterprise Society (Gwoneophoe) and the Korean People's News (Hanin Sinbo), and took part in a plan to execute the chief architects of the 1905 Eulsa Treaty (Eulsa Neugyak).
