Ko Yong-hu (1577-1648) was a mid-Joseon civil official of the Jangheung Ko clan and the sixth son of the righteous-army leader Ko Gyeong-myeong. The series on the Gwangju head house says he was born in 1577 and passed the civil examination, and a Wikimedia Commons description gives his years as 1577-1648 and says he served as Magistrate of Yeonghae.
When his father and brothers Ko Jong-hu and Ko In-hu died in the Imjin War he was still young. He later petitioned for the restoration of his grandfather Ko Maeng-yeong's rank, which was granted in 1612.
Commons holds an autograph letter that Eunbong An Bang-jun sent to Ko Yong-hu as Magistrate of Yeonghae, hinting at his exchange with scholars of the day. His other posts and writings could not be confirmed here.
His tomb could not be confirmed.
