Son Byeong-hui (孫秉熙, 1861–1922) was the third leader (Great Head) of Cheondogyo and an independence activist, whose art name was Uiam (義菴). He entered the Donghak faith and later reorganized Donghak into Cheondogyo, leading the religious order.
During the March 1st Movement of 1919, he served as the representative of the 33 national leaders and led the Declaration of Independence, for which he was arrested and imprisoned. He also devoted himself to national education, taking over Boseong School and other institutions.
