An Yun-gwan (1892-1950) was from Deokcheon, South Pyongan Province. In March 1920 he joined the Deokcheon branch of the Korean Independence Corps and, with fellow members, raised and donated 100 won for the independence movement. He was arrested and sentenced to three years in prison by the Pyongyang District Court in October 1921.
After his release he went to China in 1925 and served on the administrative committee of the Korea Independence Party, later serving in the provisional government's military affairs bureau in 1926. He returned to Korea after liberation but died while taking refuge in Goheung, South Jeolla Province, during the Korean War.
