Choe Seok-min (崔錫敏, 1858–1915) was an official of the Korean Empire.

Pro-Japanese activities For accepting a baron (namjak) title, government-bond stipends (eunsa gongchae), and the Korea Annexation Commemorative Medal from Imperial Japan, he was designated a pro-Japanese collaborator (chinil banminjok haengwija) by the government (the Presidential Committee for the Inspection of Collaborations for Japanese Imperialism).
