Choe Yeong-nyeon (崔永年, 1859–1935) was a journalist of the Korean Empire and the Japanese colonial period.
Pro-Japanese activities For taking part in issuing the "Declaration of Righteousness (Geo-ui Seon-eonseo)" that demanded the suppression of the righteous armies and for serving as editor-in-chief and president of Gungmin Sinbo, the organ of the Iljinhoe, he was designated a pro-Japanese collaborator by the government (the Presidential Committee for the Inspection of Collaborations for Japanese Imperialism).
