Kim Yeong-jin (金英鎭) was a figure of the Korean Empire and the Japanese colonial period.

Pro-Japanese activities He served as a councillor (cham'ui) of the Central Council (Jungchuwon) and as a provincial participating official (docham'yeogwan) of the Government-General of Korea. For such acts he is listed as a pro-Japanese figure by the government's Presidential Committee for the Inspection of Collaborations for Japanese Imperialism, or in the Dictionary of Pro-Japanese Collaborators (Chinil Inmyeong Sajeon, Institute for Research in Collaborationist Activities).
