Yi Gyu-wan (李圭完) was a figure of the Korean Empire and the Japanese colonial period.
Pro-Japanese activities As governor of South Hamgyeong Province, he requested the Japanese military to suppress the independence army and served as a provincial governor under the Japanese Government-General of Korea (조선총독부). For these acts, he is a pro-Japanese figure listed by a government decision (Presidential Committee for the Inspection of Collaborations for Japanese Imperialism, 친일반민족행위진상규명위원회) or in the Dictionary of Pro-Japanese Collaborators (《친일인명사전》, Institute for Research in Collaborationist Activities / 민족문제연구소).
