Life & career

Lee Taek-ju was a figure of the Korean Empire and Japanese colonial period. After the pro-Japanese collaborator Yi Wan-yong's eldest son Yi Hae-man died without an heir, Lee Taek-ju was adopted into the family, continuing the Eun-eon-gun lineage and inheriting Yi Wan-yong's viscount title and estate. He was listed both in the Dictionary of Pro-Japanese Collaborators' section on inherited titles and in the 2009 government list of 705 pro-Japanese collaborators.
