Yi Yun-ui (李倫儀, 1890–1945) was a Christian from Osu, Imsil County, North Jeolla Province. On March 23, 1919, he helped lead the independence demonstration at Osu marketplace in Dunnam-myeon, Imsil, together with Yi Gi-song (1888–1939) and O Byeong-yong, explaining the significance of the Paris Peace Conference and calling for independence before being arrested and sentenced to three years in prison by the Jeonju District Court.
After his release, he continued his commitment to the movement by organizing a mutual-aid group, Yeongchungye, together with fellow activists who had also been imprisoned for their part in the March First Movement. He was posthumously awarded the Order of Merit for National Foundation, Patriots' Medal, in 1990.
