Jeon Su-song (全守松), a 25th-generation Jeongseon Jeon, is founder of the Panseo-gong branch. He is said to have served as Minister of the Board of Taxation (Hobu Sangseo) under King Sinjong (r. 1197-1204). The clan association gives his father as Jeon Jon-geol, a merit subject and general, and his elder brother Jeon Su-ryong as Military Commissioner of Gyeongsang. His dates are not confirmed.
The board of taxation handled households, tribute and grain, and its head (sangseo) was later renamed panseo, from which the branch name Panseo-gong is explained. Few sources survive, so details of his career are scarce.
The clan association's site places his tomb at Majeon-dong, Sangneung-ri, Chaseo-myeon, Bukcheong, Hamgyeong (a region not currently accessible).
His descendants were centred on Seoncheon in North Pyeongan and, after the division, spread through the south.
