Life & career

Kim Ui-jong went into exile in Shanghai as a Cheondoist representative and served as economic affairs chief of the Tongildang party.

Representing the youth wing of Cheondoism, he fled to Shanghai, China, and joined Sin Suk, Choi Dong-o and others in forming the Tongildang, a party founded on Cheondoist principles, in which he served as head of its economic bureau.
