Gim Won-geun (金元根) was a figure of the Korean Empire and the Japanese colonial period.

Pro-Japanese activities He served as a councillor (chamui) of the Central Advisory Council (Jungchuwon) and a director of the National Total Mobilization League of Korea (Gungmin Chongnyeok Joseon Yeonmaeng), among other posts. For such acts, he was named as a pro-Japanese collaborator by a government decision (Presidential Committee for the Inspection of Collaborations for Japanese Imperialism) or in the Dictionary of Pro-Japanese Collaborators (Chinil Inmyeong Sajeon, published by the Institute for Research in Collaborationist Activities).
