Han Duck-soo (韓悳洙, 1949– ) is a South Korean economic bureaucrat, diplomat, and politician. Over a long public career he held key posts in the fields of economy and trade.

After serving as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance and Economy and as Ambassador to the United States, he served as Prime Minister on two occasions.
