Park Gi-dong (1874-1940), born Park Chang-sil, was an official of the Korean Empire and colonial period; Wikipedia gives his clan seat as Gangneung and legal domicile in Gangneung County. He became a clerk of Gyeonggi province in 1902 and was involved with the Daehan Hyeophoe and Gwandong Society in 1908.
In the colonial period he served as Gangwon provincial councillor (1917-1920), elected provincial assemblyman (1924), head of the Gangneung Industrial Association and director of Gangneung Electric, and from 1930 to 1933 as councillor of the Advisory Council to the Government-General. He received commemorative medals from Japan.
He is on the list of 705 pro-Japanese collaborators issued by the Presidential Commission and in the Advisory Council section of the Minjok Munje Yeonguso's Dictionary of Pro-Japanese Collaborators. He is recorded here as fact, not as an honoured ancestor.
He served as councillor from June 1930 to June 1933.
Wikipedia cites the commission's report IV-6 for his entry.
