Ha-Joon Chang (張夏準, 1963– ) is an economist of South Korean origin. He has taught development economics at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and elsewhere.
He is widely known for works such as Kicking Away the Ladder and Bad Samaritans, and is regarded as an influential economist at home and abroad.
